Content & AI Policy

1. Every companion is fictional

Every name, photo, and personality on Velvetta is created using generative AI. No companion represents, is based on, or depicts any real, identifiable individual. We do not create or permit content that depicts real people, whether public figures or private individuals, in any sexual or suggestive context.

2. How companions are built

Each companion has a fixed personality and a pre-approved, curated set of photos reviewed before publication. Companions do not generate new, open-ended images on request — this is a deliberate design choice that keeps content within reviewed, consistent limits rather than allowing unrestricted generation.

Zero tolerance: any attempt to generate, request, or imply content involving minors — including content that depicts an adult as youthful in a sexual context — results in immediate, permanent account termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

3. What's off-limits in chat

Any content involving minors, in any framing.
Content depicting non-consent, violence, or coercion presented as desirable.
Attempts to generate content depicting a real, named individual.
Content promoting illegal activity.

Our systems screen conversations for these categories in real time. Repeated attempts to bypass these limits result in warnings, then suspension.

4. Reporting a concern

If you encounter content that seems to violate this policy, report it immediately via our Contact page. We review all reports promptly.

5. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our moderation systems and standards evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
