Velvetta provides access to fictional, AI-generated companion personalities for entertainment purposes. No companion represents, depicts, or is operated by a real individual. Nothing on Velvetta constitutes an introduction, referral, or arrangement involving a real person, and the platform should not be used or marketed as such.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: attempt to extract sexual content involving minors or any depiction resembling a minor in any context; attempt to generate content depicting a real, identifiable person without consent; use the platform for harassment, illegal activity, or to violate the rights of others; or attempt to circumvent content moderation systems. Violations result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

4. Content ownership

All companion personalities, images, and platform content are owned by Velvetta or its licensors. You may not redistribute, resell, or use platform content outside the platform.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. Token packs are one-time purchases with no recurring charge. Refund requests are evaluated case by case via our Contact page.

6. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Content & AI Policy, with or without notice, at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer

Velvetta is provided "as is" for entertainment purposes. Companion responses are generated by AI and should not be relied upon for factual, medical, legal, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velvetta is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Velvetta after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
